Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the items in their original ACAJU packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
